1. Elu on juba pihta hakanud. Pole mingit poolaega ega prooviversiooni elust. Iga sinu otsus loeb.

2. Sinu online sõbrad on võlts-sõbrad. Kahjuks jah. Enamik neist ei hooli sinust ega tõtta sulle vajadusel appi.

3. Kui sa armud, siis ole valmis südamevaluks. See on karm ja valus.

4. Õppimine ei lõppenud kooli lõpupeoga. Teadmised on otsustava tähtsusega. Kui sa pole nõus jääma teistest maha, siis jätka õppimist.

5. Pereliikmed on kõige tähtsamad inimesed sinu elus. Nemad on ainsad, kes sinust hoolivad. Kohtle neid hästi ja väärtusta neid.

6. Sinu nõrkused ei loe. Õpi seda aktsepteerima. Ainult sinu tugevused loevad. Muuda neid paremaks.

7. Kõik, mis on väärt tegemist, võtab aastaid. Ära eelda liiga kiiresti oma eesmärke saavutada. See võtab ilmselt kauem aega, kui sa arvasid.

8. Kõik arenemise võimalused on väljaspool sinu mugavustsooni. Omanda harjumus sellest väljuda. Leia oma ebamugavustsoon. Sisene sellesse.

9. Katkistes suhetes pole mõtet olla. Ära raiska oma aega asjadele, mida pole enam võimalik parandada. Lase neil minna ja liigu edasi.

10. Maailm on täis ebaõiglust. Sa koged oma elu jooksul ilmselt paljugi ebaõiglasi asju. Ole valmis!

11. Õnn tuleb nende juurde, kes selleks vaeva näevad. Head asjad ei tule nende juurde, kes ootavad. Püsivus ja raske töö on ainsad tingimused õnnele.

12. Pole olemas ideaalset hetke alustamiseks. Kui sa tahad midagi teha, siis alusta kohe. Ära oota paremat hetke. See ei tule kunagi.

13. Sa ei saa olla igal pool ja omada kõike. Õpi tegema õigeid valikuid ja pühendu nendele asjadele, mis on kõige tähtsamad.

14. Igat inimest sinu elus tuleb väärtustada. Ära võta inimesi iseenesestmõistetavatena.

15. Kogemused ja emotsioonid on sinu parimad investeeringud. Traditsioonilised edu näitajad – uhked autod ja majad – ei ole enam olulised. Emotsioonid, mälestused, kogemused, teadmised.
Need loevad.

16. ‘Hiljem’ tähendab tihti ‘mitte kunagi’. Ära lükka asju edasi. Ela praegu!

17. Edu võrdub sihikindlusega. Ära anna alla. Jää pühendunuks oma unistustele. Nende jahtimine on keeruline, kuid siiski vaeva väärt.

18. Regulaarne trenn on vajalik. Hoolitse oma tervise ja keha eest. Treeni regulaarselt ja püsi heas vormis.

19. Sinu ebaõnnestumised ei loe. Ainult võidud loevad. Seega ära karda läbi kukkuda.

20. Mitte keegi ei aita sind. Sa pead ennast ise aitama.
